The 4 RAR National Reunion 2011 programme of events & activities.

Day 4: Wed, 2 February 2011	0800 to 1700 hours	Tour 1	Day Tour: RAR National Memorial Walk and War Museum
Day 5: Thu, 3 February 2011	0800 to 1700 hours 1000 to 1200 hours	Tours 2 and 3 Presidents' Conference	Day Tour: Mt Tamborine area and local wineries tour Night Show: Heroes of the Light Horse 4 RAR Room Twin Towns Services Club
Day 6: Fri, 4 February 2011	1830 'til late	Dinner	Jupiter's Casino. Includes pre-dinner drinks, 3 course meal, 4 hour bar, transport and entertainment
Day 7: Sat, 5 February 2011	1000 -	Sick Parade	ANZAC Room (SPU Club) Twin Towns Services Club

PROGRAMME of EVENTS

DAY 1 and DAY 2 - Registration will be open from 1400hr Day 1 to 1700hr Day 2.
Information and merchandise tables will be manned for the duration of the reunion within the 4 RAR Room.

DAY 3 - Marchers assemble for a short march through to the Chris Cunningham Park for commemorative service and photos.
Remainder of day set aside for personal activities and Company reunions.
DAY 4 and 5
Tours
Tours, as described in the table above.

Other Tours/ Activities
Individual and minor group tours by request.
The Gold Coast, Coolangatta and Tweed Heads area can accommodate every imaginable activity: top masted sailing, river cruises, golf tournaments, bush walking, winery tours. etc. Most tour operators operate a door to door pickup service.
DAY 5 - Time has been set aside for a conference of state association presidents.
DAY 6 - Buses will transport members to the Dinner at Jupiter's Casino.
DAY 7 - Sick Parade.

PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION
In order to cover costs of the newsletters and necessary administrative requirements, a non refundable registration fee of $30 per attendee is required. Please enclose a cheque/money order in Australian dollars, made out to 4 RAR Reunion 2011 with your registration form. Please bring your family members and guests to share our reunion with us. They will be made most welcome and we would love to meet them.

RAFFLE.
We will be conducting a gigantic raffle and it is proposed to draw minor prizes daily with the top prize being drawn on the night of the dinner. If you have a contact who might wish to donate a raffle prize no matter how large, small or its worth, please let us know. You may even wish to donate a prize yourself. All donors and donations will be gratefully acknowledged.
One of the prizes offered will be breakfast, lunch and dinner for two with drinks, anywhere in Australia. What a great prize ! ! !
